How do I place an order?

At National Tool Warehouse, we want to make ordering fast, easy and flexible for our customers. To do so, we take orders online, by phone, as well as by fax.

 

For online orders, please use our secure online shopping cart and follow the easy step-by-step checkout procedures. Should you encounter any problems, feel free to contact our customer service representatives at 1-866-358-1919 (US) or 1-417-358-1919 (outside US).

 

For telephone orders, please call our customer service number at 1-866-358-1919 (US) or 1-417-358-1919 (outside US) and have the following information ready: the product name, part number and quantity desired, as well as your credit card and contact details.  We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. 

 

To fax orders please print and fill out the Fax Order Sheet and send it to 1-417-358-1915.

 

How long does it take for an order to be shipped?

In most cases, orders placed Monday – Friday before will be shipped within 24 business hours. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.  

 

How soon will I receive my order?

With numerous warehouses located across the United States, 70% of the U.S. will receive delivery within 2-3 business days.  The remainder of the continental U.S. will receive delivery within 4-5 business days depending on where you are located and which warehouse(s) has the product in stock.

 

How can I track my order once it is shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be assigned. This tracking number can be accessed on your Order Status page, which can be reached by opening your account information page on our web site. With your tracking number, you can track your shipment through the shippers link, which is also found on the Order Status page beside the Order number. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards, along with debit cards bearing any of those logos, or bank wires. 

 

Do you accept COD’s ?

We do not accept COD's.  Checks or Money Orders will delay shipment as we will wait until the check has cleared before product is shipped.  (This process normally takes 10 business days after receipt of check.)  Only companies with excellent credit will be given credit with prior approval.

  

Do you charge State and Local Sales Tax?

All orders shipped to the state of Missouri are subject to state/local sales tax.  Shipments outside the state of Missouri are not charged tax.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping from NationalToolWarehouse.com is very reasonable.  In some cases, shipping is actually FREE!

 

We charge a flat shipping rate of $9.95 for orders of less than $400 and that weigh less than 60 pounds.  Orders in excess of $400 are shipped to you FREE, provided that they do not exceed 60 pounds. Heavier shipments will incur additional charges as follows:

 

61 lbs. - 70 lbs. $13.00

71 lbs. - 75 lbs. $18.00

76 lbs. - 80 lbs. $28.00

81 lbs. - 90 lbs. $33.00

91 lbs. - 100 lbs. $38.00

100 lbs. - 200 lbs. $70.00

200 lbs. - 300 lbs. $90.00

300+ lbs.$110.00

 

Orders of $1,000 or more are shipped free of charge, regardless of weight*.  Therefore, no oversized charges will be added on shipment.  Lift gate, residential, or other special services required are an additional fee.

 

*Exceptions are Justrite, Polar Cool, and some Uni-Ram products and any specially ordered items.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the continental U.S. as well as to Hawaii and Alaska.  Additional shipping charges will apply to shipping outside the continental U.S. including military APO and FPO addresses, and only addresses in the continental U.S. can take advantage of discounted and free shipping offers.  We do ship internationally after receipt of bank wire. Please contact National Tool Warehouse Customer Service for total costs including overseas shiopping. 

 

Can I request special shipping?

We are able to honor special shipping requests such as 1-day and 2-day service.  Please contact customer service at 1-866-358-1919 (US) or 1-417-358-1919 (outside US) for assistance.  Please note additional shipping charges will be applied to your credit card when billing is processed.

 

What is your return Policy?

If, after receiving and inspecting your purchase you are not totally satisfied, simply return the merchandise to us within 30 days of order, shipping prepaid, for a full refund of your purchase price less freight provided the product is still in brand new condition.  There is no restocking charge, unless the item was special ordered and not normally stocked in our warehouse.  Delivery charges are not refundable. The returned merchandise must be new, complete and in its original packaging. We cannot issue a credit or refund for any product that is returned to us that has been used or altered, or has any missing parts or packaging.  Any electronic scanners and other electronic equipment once opened, used, uploaded, or registered in any way cannot be returned for a refund.  Before returning your product, you must contact customer Serivce either by e-mail at customerservice@nationaltoolwarehouse.com or by phone at 1-866-358-1919 (US) or 1-417-358-1919 (outside US) in order to receive a RGA Returned Goods Authorization form.  That form is your approval to ship the product back to the address given on the bottom right-hand corner of the form.  Shipping to the corporate office in Missouri or any unauthorized address outside that address given on the RGA form could result in a lessor credit being issued.  If you refuse a product upon delivery any return freight costs will be deducted from your credit.
